BEGINNERS CLASSES
"Yoga for Dummies"
This 60 minute class is beneficial to everyone, no matter your age or experience level. Learn fundamental yoga poses (asana) along with basic alignment techniques in a laid back friendly atmosphere.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Controlled Concentration
This is one of our most popular classes, helping students achieve ultimate relaxation and peace of mind. Restorative yoga centers around control and mindful meditation of the body, ensuring that you are at complete ease and understanding of your body's current state of mobility. Our instructors guide you through sequences assisted with props to ease joint and muscle aches while integrating conscious mobility in targeted areas of neck, shoulders, spine, and hips. This class is a must try at N919!

ALL LEVELS CLASSES
Warrior Wednesday
Our Warrior Wednesday class fits it's title. Our instructors provide 90 minute sequences that promote coordinated breathing and focused internal energy in order to increase strength, concentration, and help participants improve control of their body and mind.

WORK WEEK WIND DOWN
This beginner friendly 45 minute moving meditation is based on both tai chi and yogic principles of mobility and stability. It's the perfect way to rid your body and mind of the stress of your work week, so you can truly be 'present' for your weekend!
Fridays @ 5:30pm

WEEKEND WORKSHOP
This 60 minute anatomy and physiology focused practice specifically targets alignment and exploring the body's capabilities, followed by Yoga Nidra (optional 30 minute guided meditation). This class is taught in a workshop fashion with a different yogic theme studied through movement each week.
